Please contact us to make sure there are spaces available for the period you wish to travel. We will be happy to hold a reservation for 6 working days in order to give you sufficient time to send us your booking form and deposit.

4. Booking form
Please fill out the booking form (one form per person) and send it to XO Holidays by post or fax as soon as possible after you have made a reservation. To be sure we book the correct holiday, please fill out the name and dates for your trip.

5. Deposit and final payment
To secure your booking the required deposit must be paid within six working days after you make a reservation with us. In case your booking is placed later than the due date for the final payment (see the terms and conditions) the full price for the holidays must be paid. The required deposit for the trip concerned can be found in the ‘Dates and costs’ section on our website.
Unfortunately we currently do not accept credit cards and do recommend you paying by bank transfer to ensure we get the deposit in time. Please make sure all bank transaction costs are covered by the sender (you).

It is important that you obtain appropriate insurance to cover all scheduled activities included in your purchased holiday (requirements are outlined in the general terms and conditions - section 12).
Travel insurance provided by mainstream insurance companies generally have very limited cover. We strongly recommend you obtain specialist diving medical and evacuation insurance cover from an insurance provider with experience catering for divers and diving emergencies.
In addition to the specialist diving insurance you should also purchase a traditional travel insurance providing adequate protection against medical expenses while abroad and cancellation/curtailment charges in the event that you, a travelling companion or a close relative, fall ill either before or during the holiday.
Important - if you carry a lot of expensive equipment (e.g. photo equipment) be aware that a regular travel insurance normally does not provide sufficient cover. Unless you are already covered under your household policy, we recommend you take out specialist insurance cover for your equipment.
